Shop All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Exchanges are considered only in cases of damage due to quality or craftsmanship. To request an exchange, email us within 14 days of receiving your item. Items returned for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange where the item is not returned in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping We ship domestically only. Items ship within 1-2 business days, and domestic packages typically arrive within 3-7 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation to the email provided at checkout within 48 hours of your purchase.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address causes a package to be returned, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
If your shipment is marked as delivered but is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the information in your shipping confirmation email.
One-on-One Lessons Payment is due 48 hours before your session. Appointments changed or canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
Live Online Classes Registering for a live class reserves your spot. All sessions are recorded, and recordings are sent via email to the purchaser after class. You're welcome to attend live or work through the material at your own pace with the recording.
Please do not share or distribute class recordings or Zoom links. Doing so will result in being barred from future online class offerings. No refunds are issued for live classes, as all registered participants receive access to the recording.
