A note about our policy
Thank you for taking the time to look into our policy on returns and exchanges. It’s probably safe to assume that you’re interested in reading this because you might want to return an item you are currently looking to purchase or that you recently purchased. Your reason for considering a return may be one of a number of reasons. Please let us help answer or resolve any concerns that you may have so that you can feel good about your order. Please note: My shop is currently closed while I am out of maternity leave. If you place an order, it will ship by October 15. Thank you for your patience and support!
Shop: All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving the items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Shipping: Items ship within 1-2 business days, and domestic packages usually arrive within two 3-7 business days. Expect the receive a shipping confirmation to your email provided at checkout within 48 hours of completing your purchase.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If the customer fails to provide the correct address, and the item is returned, they will be responsible for paying to have the item re-shipped. If a shipment is marked as delivered and is missing, please first contact the shipping provider using the information provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Digital Lessons: Payment is due 24 hours before the class session. Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for a full session.
